  • It is accomplished by physiological and biological changes in the body.
  • The heart rate and the blood pressure go up along with the level of energy hormones.
  • It is also a state of high hypnotic suggestibility.
  • It is a state of absolute loss of self control

    • Suppressing (Not Recommended)
  • Expressing angry feelings in an assertive - not aggressive - manner is the healthiest and most appropriate.
